Want a giant TV that has good picture quality for cheap? Then, this is for you! The sound is awful and the 3D thing shouldn't even be allowed to be on there since there would be a LOT of additional equipment to purchase to make this TV 3D. Also, one way Mitusbishi keeps the prices down on these is by using old lamp technolgy. MOST DLPs used LED technology nowadays so you dont have to replace those pesky lamps every 2 years like I keep doing. But, for the money, good picture and good value. Just plan on popping out about $150 for a lamp every 2 years.

Well, theres really not much to say about this tv other than it will ruin your life. I find myself constantly disappointed with all other tvs and will now no longer be able to enjoy a 32 or even 55. Also I have noticed that everyone who sees it is exeptionally jealous and rightfully so.

The picture quality with my set is very nice, but I noticed something odd happening. When I watch any program that has a ticker running along the top or bottom the ticker starts out large then gets smaller. As it scrolls across the screen it stays the same size until about 3 or 4 inches from the side and then it gets bigger again. It almost goes away when you don't look for it, but there are times when it is very noticeable. The only other thing that keeps this from being one of the best t.v.'s that I have owned is the sound quality. I highly recommend purchasing a surround sound system because the sound from the t.v. is flat and lifeless. Overall, it is a great t.v. for the price.
Great buy, awesome picture

I purchased this tv back in March. The clarity is superb when watching movies and sports in HD. I've been researching this model for months and I'm thrilled to finally have one of my own. Definitely worth the wait!
Got the WD73C9 a week ago. Delivered on time, easy to setup. The best HD picture I have ever seen. The price was great and it came bundled with a stand. We watched the movie Avatar on it, absolutely spectacular!
Great TV and best price.

Exceptional Picture quality, far superior to the 5 HD flat screens I already own. Its hard to convince people this is a rear projection. On low brighness you could watch it outside in the sun and I have no idea why theres a setting for higher. Love It. As for the sound complaints on other posts I'd suggest consulting an ear doctor.

My first HD big screen and wow. I put it in my family room and it took up most of one wall. I have had it for a few days and love it. It is alot bigger than 73 inch tv sounds like. If you dont have a big place I would go for the 60 or even the 65. WOW
Don't hesitate to buy this TV

Bought this TV for my husband. It has great picture quality but daytime movies is a little dim so be sure there is no direct sun projected on it from a window. It is huge so it is better suited for a larger viewing area. Also, I recommend purchasing the TV stand that is offered as a bundle because finding a media cabinet to accommodate the 65 inch frame is quite pricey. Shipping time was actually less than quoted. Overall, pretty great product.
