The main problem is that the video cards overheat. Initially I blamed Windows 7 (traumatized from my Vista experience I suppose). Windows 7 is just fine though. The video cards over heat with any kind of heavy graphics gaming (Mass Effect, for example, and even WoW with everything maxed). I used an infrared thermometer and quickly narrowed the problem down to the video cards. I left the case open and pointed a table fan at the cards and the problem was solved. If I turn the fan off while gamming the system will crash within minutes. All the components are good quality. There just isn't enough air flow. For a few dollars you can mod the case with another fan but that's not what you expect to have to do after dropping $1500 on a system. |

Super Quiet & Super Fast. Comes with nice functional MS keyboard. Very easy access to inner components. With blue lighting it looks very cool too. Did not have to remove a lot of junk software. Win 7 64 bit is great and easy to use. Best computer I have ever owned. |

Excellent value, it screams. For the money it's absolutly awesome. I looked around the internet before purchasing, you can't beat this deal. Other systems cost double this amount or more. |

Powered this baby up and I love Windows 7. I play DOD:Source online and my fps went from the 40-50 range to 160-200 plus. Yeah, this sucker moves and I am loving the speed thing going on. My old PC had dual core and a single graphics card with 512 MB. It was average, but with this PC, I am seeing things quicker and that's a real edge for online gamers. |

Recovery Media
Most computer systems no longer include "Recovery Media" (Disks or CDs used to restore your computer system to it's factory shipped state). Many do not even include Operating System disks.
This is not specific to systems purchased from any one company, but now standard practice throughout the entire industry.
However, many manufacturers include software on the hard drive that creates recovery media for you. This allows burning your own set of recovery CDs or DVDs - all you need is the blank media.
Inclusion of such a recovery utility varies by manufacturer and model; not all manufactures and models include such a utility. For those that include such a utility we recommend you create your own set of recovery media after completing the Windows installation. In other words, right after you start using your PC!
If you fail to do this and encounter a difficulty in the future you may not be able to properly restore your computer.
Some manufacturers may have physical recovery media available separately for purchase; consult your owner’s manual support information section for additional information. Systems that do not come with a CD/DVD burner may still include Recovery Disks - please check the manufacturer's specs.
